Results are reported for interplanetary scintillation observations, at a frequency of 102.5 MHz, of 67 weak radio sources selected from the Bologna catalog and having 408-MHz flux densities of 0.5 to 3.52 Jy. A mean spectral index of 0.75 and a standard deviation of 0.4 are obtained for 51 of 52 sources with 408-MHz flux densities of 0.5 to 1.0 Jy, indicating a very broad distribution for weak radio sources at low frequencies and the possible existence of a new population of relatively nearby low-luminosity flat-spectrum radio sources. The average scintillation visibility is estimated to be about 0.2 for sources with 408-MHz flux densities of 0.5 to 1.0 Jy, which is in agreement with previous interferometer observations but in disagreement with the value expected by extrapolation from a compilation of previous scintillation observations.
