Scientific paper

The paper presents results of measurements of electron fluxes with
energy greater than 10 keV carried out in the Winter in Europe 1983-84
part of the International Middle Atmosphere program. It is shown that
the flux of soft electrons substantially exceeds that of galactic cosmic
rays.
