We have produced Faint Images of the Radio Sky at Twenty-cm for the initial 1550 deg(2) of the North Galactic Cap, and present here the radio catalog derived from these images. The survey threshold is 1.0 mJy and the positional accuracy for all detected sources is better than 1('') . For each of the 138,000 entries in the catalog, we provide a position, peak and integrated flux densities, morphological parameters, and information on the map location from which it was derived. We present a statistical analysis of the catalog, including the logN-logS, our estimate of incompleteness, distributions of source extent, and a comparison with previous radio catalogs. Also included are a correlation of the radio sources with other large source catalogs including the IRAS FSC, the ROSAT WGACAT, and the GSC. Optical counterparts for over 24,000 of the radio sources derived from Cambridge APM scans of the POSS I plates are presented and described. A sampling of results from our followup programs using these FIRST survey results including the detection of new stellar radio emitters, the search for rapid variability, and the production of a bright quasar sample will be included in the presentation.
