The Low Mass X-ray Binary EXO 0748-676 is a unique object which gives astronomers insight into the nature of accreting binaries and neutron stars, including the properties of accretion disks and the neutron star equation of state. We have compiled archival X-ray data for EXO 0748-676 into a single light curve and used this source to examine long term trends in both the intensity and color of this object. These trends indicate that EXO 0748-676 has undergone multiple periods of brightening during the last ten years. We also present optical and IR monitoring during part of this period in which substantial optical brightening also occurred. We acknowledge support from a research initiation grant from the Louisiana Space Consortium.
