In this paper we present more than 30,000 visual magnitude estimates of the Mira Variable chi Cygni, obtained by the members of the the BAA VSS (British Astronomical Association, Variable Star Section), VSOLJ (Variable Star Observing League Japan) and the VVS WVS (Vereniging voor Sterrenkunde, Werkgroep Veranderlijke Sterren, Belgium) from 1900 till 1998. The homogeneity and the accuracy of the data is discussed.
