Intercosmos-19 data (along with published ISIS-2 data) are used to examine the dependence of the intensity of stimulated bursts of accelerated electrons on f/fce and fpe/fce, where fce and fpe are the electron gyrofrequency and plasma frequency, and f is the 'pump' frequency (i.e., the radio-emission frequency of the transmitter of the onboard ionosonde). It is shown that the electron acceleration occurs mainly at specific emission frequencies depending on the plasma parameters around the satellite, and that the intensity peaks of accelerated electrons in bursts form separate branches on the f/fce-fpe/fce plane. An acceleration branch situated between the second and third harmonics of the plasma frequency is observed which is interpreted as the result of the parametric interaction of the radio emission with the plasma.
