The large IR telescope described is intended to be flown on Spacelab and
to use the Spacelab's instrument pointing system for a wide range of
observations in the 30 to 1000 micron band. The ability of carrying out
high sensitivity photometry with a high spatial resolution is the major
advantage offered by the instrument.
