We have correlated O VII intensity in nine fields observed with Suzaku with the local and halo components of the ROSAT R12 (1/4-keV) band X-ray intensity, with the goal of finding upper limits for the temperatures and recombination rates of the 1/4-keV-emitting material. While the number of directions is limited, the results strongly indicate that very little of the observed O VII is produced by this material.
