Motivated by homological mirror symmetry, we study the Hermitian-Yang-Mills metrics on a class of rank two slope-stable vector bundles over a complex torus. We construct a family of Hermitian metrics and then compare them to the normalized Hermitian-Yang-Mills metrics with respect to a family of "large" K\"ahler metrics. We get a desired limiting behavior of Hermitian-Yang-Mills metrics on such vector bundles.
