The paper presents a list of relic radiation anisotropy levels in models
with cold massive particles (axions and gravitinos) and neutrinos which
act as 'hidden mass' carriers in the universe. It is shown that 'Kholod'
experimental data are critical only for neutrino models with cold
particles at low matter densities (omega of less than or equal to 0.2).
