Scattering Matrices, Spheres. Spheroids, Cylinders.
Scientific paper
We have performed computations of the complete scattering matrix of
spheres, spheroids and very long cylinders. The similarities and
differences between the scattering matrices of the three types of
particles are discussed for ice particles having a comparable single
size. Some results for a distribution of sizes are also presented.
