Comprehensive analysis of available experimental data on the neutron resonance spacings and cumulative numbers of low-lying levels is performed. New systematics of the constant temperature model parameters and the total radiative widths are proposed. An application of new systematics for improvement of astrophysical nuclear data is discussed. .
