At a recent Christian Aid book fair held in the church of St Andrew & St George, Edinburgh, there surfaced an original typewritten manuscript by W. B. Housman FRAS, who was Director of the Aurora and Zodiacal Light Section of the BAA from 1928 to 1951. The paper is entitled 'Recent observations of aurora and zodiacal light', and was presented to the Manchester Astronomical Society on 1938 October 5.
