During carrying out the analysis the following major parameters have been taken into consideration: important and graphic integrated characteristic of LV quality and reliability. International Rocket Club named after Sergey Korolev. Club membership may be granted to aerospace companies engaged in the development of LVs. For joining the club criteria for highest, high and sufficient level of quality and reliability are proposed. opinion these competitions will help enhance the quality and reliability of LVs worldwide.
