The file table1.dat includes the complete Table 1 of the paper with the positions, 2MASS photometry, and selected spectrophotometric indices of a number of features measured on the near-infrared (H and K band) spectra of 195 cool stars observed with the SOFI instrument at the New Technology Telescope (NTT) on La Silla. The files in "sp" subdirectory contain the spectra of each star expressed as flux (in arbitrary units) as a function of wavelength in microns.
