Scientific paper

The paper presents data on structural irregularities of the F-region (the G condition), i.e., standard ionograms from a number of ionospheric stations and results of calculations of Ne(h) profiles at the Kiev station for different periods in 1985. Significant variations of ionospheric parameters associated with the development of a large-scale irregularity were observed, and concomitant variations of the shape characteristics of the E, F1, and F2 layers as a function of the magnetic activity level were found.
