The most recent broad-band and emission-line ground-based data, using the B, V and R catalogues and Ha images from CTIO (Massey et al, 2007, ApJ), as well as HST data, of the Local Group Dwarf Irregular Galaxy NGC 6822, have been used in order to examine the spatial distribution of stars of various ages. The data in use cover the whole extent of the galaxy, so the study of the stellar spatial distribution and the determination of the large scale stellar structures can be accomplished in a very satisfactory manner. The desired stellar populations are properly selected from the NGC 6822 color-magnitude diagrams (CMDs) and they are projected in space. The presence of, or the lack of, spatial uniformity of these stellar populations is discussed. Moreover, the Star Forming Regions are investigated and a comparison with the respective LMC and SMC Star Forming Regions is attempted.
