We present charge transfer rate coefficients for reactions between neutral hydrogen and several ions, in conjunction with a new atomic data base. These data are calculated using the simple Landau-Zener approximation, and cover a wide range of temperatures suitable for astrophysical plasmas. We also list partial cross-sections for each reaction for a range of thermal energies.
