A Lagrangian formulation of equations of motion for spinning particles and fluids interacting with torsion and curvature of space-time is given. Our approach is general in the sense that it does not specify either the form of Lagrangian or the auxiliary condition. The derived energy-momentum and spin tensors have the form, which is usually postulated phenomenologically.
