The simulation of disturbance generation due to the collisionless interaction of the space plasma clouds with the magnetized medium by the experimental and numerical methods is addressed. In this respect the formulated problem with the effects of the finite Larmor ion radius and interpenetration of plasmas at the expanding spherical cloud boundary differs greatly from the known ones considering the expansion of a super conductive sphere in the magnetohydrodynamic limit.
