The velocities of forbidden O III emitting ionized gas clouds observed in the collimated outburst in the nuclear core of Seyfert galaxy NGC 1068 were measured by means of a speckle spectrograph attached to the 6 m Telescope. The north-east cloud showing the velocity of -460 km/s with respect to the center is located at a distance of 0.34 arcsec from the central condensation of 0.3 arcsec size. The south-west component, located at 0.33 arcsec, has a speed of + 420 km/s. The positions of the clouds coincide with radio components on the VLA 1.3 cm radio map. The brightest O III forbidden-line emitting component, corresponding to the central cloud of the radio map, shows a radial velocity of 200 km/s at the distance 0.2 arcsec = 15 pc from the center. The estimated mass at this distance indicates the presence of a very massive nucleus.
