Variations in G and the cosmological constant Lambda are studied in the
context of the scale covariant theory of gravitation. The differences
arising in general fluid dynamics are studied in a curved spacetime.
Expressions are derived for the fluid four-velocity and the expansion,
shear, and vorticity tensors.
