The authors investigate the kinematical origin of several local systems, which have been separately related to Gould's belt by several authors. First, they consider the dark clouds in Taurus. The location of these clouds, just within the region enclosed by the expanding ring of gas related to Gould's belt is somewhat peculiar, and so are also their radial velocities. These features suggest that the dark clouds in Taurus could have originated on the ring, moving then to their present position. The authors use the method developed for the Taurus clouds to compute the orbits of two very nearby clusters, namely α Per and the Pleiades, both related to Gould's belt. Further, they compute the orbits of eight nearby open clusters, located in the range l = 235° - 270°, which have been separately considered by some authors as being possibly related to Gould's belt. Finally, the path of the Sun has been computed, as derived from a standard solar motion v_sun; = 20 km s-1 in the direction of l = 52°.2, b = +23°.2.
