The kinematical characteristics of 840 B- and A-stars in the region of Loop III have been investigated. The existence of a Loop III stellar component, discovered from a higher star density and spectral composition of stars, is confirmed by kinematical methods. Seven groups of stars belonging to Loop III stellar complex are picked out. The parameters of the stars' velocity distribution for these groups are calculated. Several pairs of stellar streams along the Loop III envelope are discovered.
