A catalog of kinematic distances for sample of first Galactic quadrant H II regions is presented. H I absorption spectra were obtained toward 57 H II regions and were used to resolve the kinematic distance ambiguity. Combined with our previous study, the kinematic distances are presented for a total of 70 H II regions, 45 of which are new determinations. Absorption was detected within approximately 10 km/s of recombination line velocity for 92% of the H II regions. The positions of many of these sources coincide with giant molecular clouds and mark ridges of possible spiral arm segments within the solar circle.
