Radial velocities of H-alpha emission regions were measured at 1636 points in the arms of Galaxy M31. A Fabry-Perot interference method was used. The lack of significant differences in radial velocity along the nuclear and minor axes indicates that expansion motions are not present. Several features of the rotation curve suggest systematic motions, however: the dispersion of the velocities about the curve is more important than the mean of the observational errors, and previously undetected ridges appear in crossing the N3 and N4 arms of Baade. Results of mass distribution calculations are given.
