Khz QPO infers the millisecond oscillation close to the neutron star in the binary system. By means of the twin kHz QPOs, we can constrain the neutron star mass and radius. As the examples, we studied the sources Cir X-1, Cgy X-2, Sax J 1808.4-3658, XTE 1807-294 and the fastest nuclear-powered millisecond pulsar XTE J1739-285 with the spin frequency 1122 Hz.
