We present the results of recent work we have finished in the Operations Detector Lab on JWST near infrared detectors. This involves measuring the effects of temperature variations on the detectors and the decay time scales of persistence. The temperature results show that milli-Kelvin changes in the detector temperature lead to significant bias changes that will effect the sensitivity of any JWST instrument. Our persistence results show that it decays on many different time scales and is affected by the way the detector is reset.
