All observations were obtained during a 10 month span in 2008 at the University of Wyoming Red Buttes Observatory (RBO). Cepheids were observed in 129 fields with the 0.6m telescope using BIRCAM (Buttes Infra-Red CAMera), a near-infrared imaging camera with a 13' field of view. The sample was chosen from a catalog of 324 Fundamental Mode Galactic Cepheids (FMGCs) compiled by Tammann et al. (2003, Cat. J/A+A/404/423).
