The Starlink Software Collection is implemented throughout Starlink and on many other Vax (VMS) systems in the U.K. and worldwide, and is freely available to any astronomical institute on request. It includes a large amount of software of relevance to IUE data reduction. These programs and facilities are listed and summarised in the paper. In particular, the versatile and friendly IUEDR facility is briefly described and advertised to the IUE community.
