An attempt is made to determine isotopic lead compositions as well as uranium and thorium concentrations in Bo County chondrite (class LL4). It is suggested that Bo County chondrite was formed 4.53 + or - 0.02 AE ago and suffered during an early melting event which occurred 0.1 AE after its formation. The Th/U ratio from the (Pb-208/Pb-204)-(Pb-206/Pb-204) diagram is 4.0 + or - 0.1 which is slightly above the normal value of 3.8.
