Observations of 6 cm absorption by H2CO-13 and H2CO-18 in Sgr A, Sgr B2, W51, W33, and Ori B are reported. These provide more accurate isotope ratios than have been previously reported, because both isotopes have been observed in the same manner, and the continuum sources were monitored on a regular basis. A double ratio, H2CO-13/H2C-18, is found close to the terrestrial value of 5.6 in the galactic plane sources, and enhanced to 7.6 in the galactic center sources.
