The Heliospheric plasma structure consists of the Solar Wind (SW) interacting with the intersteller medium (ISM). One key question is how this interface filters out interstellar material. NASA's Intersteller Boundary Explorer (IBEX) has been observing incoming flux of energetic neutral atoms (ENAs) not only for hydrogen but also other heavy atoms, such as oxygen. Due to the absence of neutral heavy atoms in the SW, those atoms IBEX measures are almost exclusively of ISM origin. Thus, the study of heavy atom flux provides a way to explore details of Heliospheric structure. We have developed a 3D code for GPU cluster systems with Message Passing Interface (MPI) and NVIDIA(R)'s CUDA. We use a 3D MHD-plasma / kinetic-neutral simulation for the background distribution of proton and hydrogen, and apply the RK4 method for tracing test particle (oxygen) trajectories including effects of charge exchange by collision with H / H+.
