An interpretation is proposed of the outburst of nova Aquilae 1919 (V605 Aql) and the nova-like outburst of the Sakurai's object (V4334 Sgr) in 1996 as recurrent outbursts of the classic DQ Her and RR Pic types novae with recurrent periods near 1100 and 50000 years respectively. On this basis some characteristics of these stars are obtained. Only now V605 Aql has returned at its quiet state. It has an absolute visual magnitude ≤8 - 9m. The inclination of the pre-nova binary system orbit is near to 90°. The absolute visual magnitude of V4334 Sgr at a quiet state is not exceeding 3m. It is possible that the inclination of the pre-nova binary orbit is near to 0°. Shell expansion velocities are near to 30 km/s in both cases. The shape of the ejection in the case of recurrent outbursts is repeated.
