The anomalous plasma effects in the ionosphere associated with the high power town activity are analysed. It is shown that there were the facts of the magnetic conjunction violation in the terminator area for Moscow and Kiev in comparison to the Siberia towns. The vertical cross-sections of electron density in the ionosphere along the Moscow-Arkhangelsk trace obtained by the radio-tomographic methods are presented. The plasma trough and the local inhomogeneities ``cloud/hole'' were found. The possibility of such structure creation by human activities is discussed.
