Samples are dissolved in HF, H 2 SO 4 , HCl and HNO 3 and the
chloro-complexes collected on an anion-exchange resin to concentrate Ag,
Mo, Pb, Sn and Zn. The resin is dryashed and analysed by d.c. arc. The
limits of detection are: Ag, 0.02; Mo, 0.1; Pb and Sn, 0.5; Zn, 20 ppm.
