Results of investigations of objects 46 deg 52'(J2000.0) declination based on many years of observations on the RATAN-600 radio telescope are presented. The objects are identified using the CATS database and the NVSS, FIRST, and WENSS deep sky surveys. A catalog of sources from a short-wavelength RATAN-600 survey of this area of the sky is presented. Continuous radio spectra have been constructed for 28 objects. Long-term variability in the spectral index of the source 4C 47.29 was detected. The structures of complex sources in the FIRST survey have been studied, and these sources have been identified using the DSS and APM digital sky maps. Several FRII radio galaxies have been discovered, as well as one candidate for a gravitational lens, which has a ringlike structure
