UBV photoelectric observations of the W Ser type binary RX Cas are analyzed. Results indicate the existence of a light variability with an amplitude of 0.1m in B and a period of about 11.013d, which is about one-third of the orbital period. It is suggested that the 11-day variability is due to the existence of three hot spots in the asynchronously rotating outer layers of the envelope of the accretion component.
