Results of systematic radio observations of Geminids in the period 1996-2000 are presented. Data collected by BLM (Bologna-Lecce-Modra) radar evidenced multipeak structures in the broad and asymmetric activity profiles and allow us to calculate the mass distribution index of the stream. Moreover the amplitude-duration distributions of overdense echoes for each year reveal an anomalous amount of middle-sized particles in the stream due probably to the effects of non-gravitational forces and planetary perturbations.
