All the Cepheids and the group of stars with log P = 0.4-0.69 in the LMC
are found to have a nonunformity scale of 700-1400 pc. Cepheids in the
bar areas have a nonuniformity scale of about 200 pc. This scale agrees
with the characteristic size of clumps determined on the basis of
correlation functions.
