In this paper the periodical drift of subpulses in pulsars is supposed to be explained with the help of modulation of radio waves by low frequency waves. The low frequency wave (ω < Ω, Ω = pulsar rotation frequency) in electron-positron plasma are investigated. Dispersion relations for the low frequency waves are obtained with the help of Maxwell and relativistic kinetic equations for the electrons and positrons taking into account the Coriolis force.
