Cylindrical probes attached to a static line extending from a spin-stabilized meteorological rocket were used to measure the electric fields generated about the rocket by injection of an electron bunch. The parameters of a region spaced 2 and 7 m from the rocket are identified. The potential difference between the rocket and the probes was measured. The charge neutralization processes are analyzed.
