The dust distribution in the region centered at alpha(1950) = 4 h 3 m, delta = +26 deg is studied. The density maximum of absorbing material is located at a distance from 50 to 200 pc. A dark cloud is located in the central part of the star-formation region at a distance of 125 pc; the cloud size is 20 x 10 pc. The cloud is very patchy and appears to be a complex of dark nebulae. The lower limit of the total mass of the dark-cloud material is approximately 2000 solar masses. A correlation is found between the location of the dust cloud and the densest part of the CO cloud.
