The paper examines experimental data on gamma-families generated in thin
targets, i.e., in the case of minimum cascade mutiplication, in the 3-40
TeV energy range. Under such conditions, the azimuthal anisotropy is
found to exceed theoretically calculated values. The results obtained
agree with Pamir data.
