We present high spatial-resolution, mid-infrared maps of the protostars V645 CYG, EL 29, and WL 16. These YSOs were imaged with the UA/SAO/NRL Mid-Infrared Array Camera (MIRAC) in bandpasses which include UIR feature emission. Two sources, V645 CYG and EL 29, are unresolved at 12.5 and 20 mu . The V645 CYG images are consistent with source models where a compact disk dominates the mid-infrared emission of the YSO. EL 29 appears to be smaller than expected from a standard Adams, Lada, and Shu (1987) model at the wavelengths observed. WL 16 shows a very broad emission profile on the order of several arcseconds at 8.8, 11.7, and 12.5 mu that is inconsistent with the standard model for this source. It is also the only source of the three imaged which is known to exhibit UIR feature emission. The central intensity peak is flanked by secondary peaks on either side along the major axis at a PA of 75deg CCW from north. The mid-infrared emission appears to arise from an extended torus or partially-evacuated, oblate spheroidal envelope surrounding the central source.
