An update of the installations and instrumentation of ground-based astronomical observatories in operation in member countries of the European Science Foundation is presented. Specifications are provided for optical and IR telescopes 100 cm and larger, the year of completion of newly built optical and IR telescopes, Schmidt telescopes 70 cm or larger, a histogram of optical and IR telescopes, the solar optical telescopes 30 cm or larger, and large radio telescopes. Additionally, a list of addresses is displayed and major operational and planned radio telescopes are considered in terms of the operational frequencies.
