The International Space Station (ISS) Program is one of the most challenging integration efforts humanity has ever undertaken. ISS brings together ingredients produced around the world by different countries and companies that are delivered incrementally over the span of years and then assembled and activated in space. The ISS Program strategy to assure successful completion of our awesome mission has evolved as the program matured, and includes a rich array of classical tools adjustments and additions made to fit our needs and incorporates lessons we've learned along the way. This paper will describe the strategic plan we are implementing and will discuss the integration and verification work that has proven most valuable toward assuring our success. The paper will also summarize what's been finished, what we've learned, and what we plan to do between now and the completion of ISS integration and verification.
