Spatial velocities of C0318+484 members in the apparent visual magnitude range of 8 - 11 (mostly A and F main-sequence stars) are determined by photographic proper motion and objective-prism radial-velocity observations and compilation of dereddened photometric distances. The velocity ellipsoid resulting from 85 member stars is used to calibrate the dereddened photometric distances of stars whose radial and tangential velocities have been measured. An additional 82 stars are found to be in the cluster space limits of 32×64 pc parallel to the galactic plane and with a thickness of 16 pc perpendicular to the galactic plane. A velocity gradient is detected in the cluster that allows a computation of the initial internal velocity before the estimated dynamical expansion began 107years ago.
