Ac lent clouds were used as wave motion indicators (15 August 1986; Baikal lake) to estimate total ozone (TO) oscillations in lee-wave penetration regions. The possible aerosol influence on TO time behavior was studied. Aerological data on conditions of experiment and theoretical calculations on the basis of a one-dimensional radiative-photochemical model improved understanding of internal gravity waves' influence on the atmosphere.
