Results are reported for interferometric observations of the weak nebula identified with the supernova remnant CTB 1. The average radial velocity of the nebula is determined to be approximately -33 km/sec. Based on this determination, a more precise distance of 2.6 kpc is calculated together with a corresponding nebula radius of 15 pc. It is shown that this nebula is located in a neutral-hydrogen cloud near a H II region. The expansion velocity of the shell is estimated to be of the order of 100 km/sec.
